Due to the Extra
Time and Special Attention required, an additional $1.00 per Box will be
added to A LA CART Boxes or Boxes that must be labeled with a guest's name.
An A LA CART ORDER is one which a
majority of the boxes have a different salad and dessert requested within the
same Sandwich or Wrap. For Example: One Ham
& Swiss Sandwich Box has Dill Potato Salad and an English Toffee Cookie.
Another Ham & Swiss Sandwich Box has Fruit Salad and an M & M Cookie.
